Daily Maintenance Guidelines of the Semiconductor Laser Marking Machine PYJG-BD-75
①Prohibited any alteration of the protection circuit and the main parts of the laser machine;
②Do not allow sound and light power output vacant;
③ If any abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the emergency stop switch and cut off the main power before making checks;
④ Do not start any other components before the krypton lamp ignite, to prevent the high pressure damage the series components.
⑤ Note that the laser power output (anode) can not be suspended, to prevent ignite or breakdown other electrical room.
⑥Kept the circulating water clean, regularly clean the water tanks and replace clean deionized water or pure water.
⑦ Kept the interior and the surface of the machine clean .
⑧Regularly check the optical lenses , if there is any dirt, scrub it in time.
