You may do it better here than on the wind farm. This is possible because of wind energy conversion efficiency comparison of the windmill with the standard wind turbine. From simple physical principles, the conversion of wind to rotor rotation is dependent on the surface area of the rotor, the number of rotors, & the angle of the rotor with respect to wind direction (maximum @ 30 degrees). The only other factors are angular momentum, air resistance to spn (ie. drag) & friction. Then just to make sure, once there it's free.
